The following exhibitor fees reflect the early bird discount for HCAF members only. Prospective members can exhibit at double the fees listed below. Fees will increase by $100 after June 23, 2022.

What's Included?
8' × 10' booth space in a carpeted exhibit hall (electrical outlet not included)
6' × 30” table (black skirting provided) with two chairs and a wastebasket with liner
Single line identification sign (one per booth)
Pipe and drape (black) for 8’ high back wall and 3’ side rail
One (1) single-day conference registration pass or 50% off one (1) full conference registration or MainCon-only registration (registration required)
Recognition in the Trade Show directory, circulated online and onsite to all attendees
Admittance of two (2) booth representatives (each additional staffer is $200)
Attendee registration lists to be distributed on June 24, July 8, and August 5
