Tuesday, October 8

1:00-5:00 PM — Private Duty 101 Workshop: Essential Strategies for Success
Kick off your experience with a comprehensive, half-day dive deep into the foundations of running a Private Duty home care agency, covering key topics such as licensure requirements, regulatory compliance, effective operations, marketing tactics, and reimbursement strategies. Perfect for new managers and leaders, this workshop will equip you with the tools to succeed in the growing Private Duty sector.

*Optional add-on; not included in the full-day Private Care Symposium registration fee.

4:30-5:30 PM — Registration & Check-in
Arrive early to complete your registration process and collect your attendee materials, including your name badge and event packet. Our dedicated team will be available to assist with any questions and ensure a smooth and efficient check-in experience.

5:30-6:30 PM — Welcome Reception: Meet & Mingle

HCAF has secured a block of guest rooms at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Deerfield Beach Resort & Spa for a special rate of $199 per night (plus tax). This rate covers single or double occupancy, with an additional $10 per night for each extra adult. Choose from suites with two queen beds or one king bed, all featuring sunset views.

Resort fees are waived for guests booking within the HCAF room block. Additionally, guests enjoy discounted overnight self-parking at $15 (regularly $25), with overnight valet parking available for $28. Daily self-parking is $10, and daily valet parking is $15. Parking rates are subject to taxes and may change without notice.

The group rate is available for three days before and after the event, based on availability. Please make your reservation by September 17, 2024, to secure this rate.
