Join us for the first in a two-part series where our speaker will share lessons learned and how to uncover personality traits in your sales hires to recognize if they are the right fit for your team. We'll also assess leaderships' role and involvement in sales and how to grow beyond yourself.

Scott Hughes

Scott brings an extensive background in sales mastery and leadership. From leading multimillion dollar growth in the DME and Home Health spaces to hiring, training and mentoring dozens of sales reps, Scott has 37 years of healthcare experience to draw lessons from. Scott has grown business through direct referrals, hospital agreements, managed care partnerships, mergers, acquisitions and through the development and growth of sales teams.
