Description

This Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) rulemaking workshop is scheduled to outline the process for the Excellence in Home Health Award and will prescribe the application form. The rule will implement the timeframe for award application processing including the review and approval or denial of an application and the application form. The rule will also establish standards related to patient care and satisfaction, employee retention and training, enforcement history, and Medicaid requirements.
