Thank you for your interest in joining the Home Care Association of Florida (HCAF), Florida's voice for the home care provider community for over 30 years. HCAF exists to provide representation, communication, and advocacy for home care providers, and to give them the education and resources they need to deliver high-quality, cost-effective services to patients and clients at home.

We know that times are tough, but we appreciate each and every one of our members’ support and dedication to their industry and profession. At the end of the day, we are fighting for your industry, your voice, and your future!

Open to organizations that are state-licensed home health agencies as well as Medicare-certified and/or Medicaid-enrolled. Renewal dues are based on the organization's annual gross revenue.

Open to organizations whose primary purpose is to deliver health care services directly to the sick and disabled in their homes. Providers shall be licensed home health agencies that are Medicare-certified and/or Medicaid-enrolled. Also, may include those home health agencies that are pending licensure and/or related certification. Renewal dues are based on the organization's annual gross revenue.

Open to organizations whose primary purpose is to deliver health care services directly to the sick and disabled in their homes. Providers shall be licensed home health agencies that are Medicare-certified and/or Medicaid-enrolled providers. Also, may include those home health agencies that are pending licensure and/or related certification. Renewal dues are based on the organization's annual gross revenue.

Open to providers of care (organizational or individual) that are not Certified or Private Duty providers, including home infusion therapy companies, licensed nurse registries, health care service pools, and hospices.

Open to organizations or individuals that are not Certified or Private Duty providers. They may be durable or home medical equipment suppliers, home health agency management companies, or other vendors serving the needs of Provider Members.

Open to organizations whose primary purpose is to deliver care services to individuals in their homes. Private Duty provider members shall be either (1) licensed-only home health agencies that do not accept government-funded programs (non-Medicare-certified or Medicaid-enrolled) as payment for their services; (2) licensed-only non-skilled home care agencies; (3) homemaker and companion companies; or (4) home care organizations that are pending licensure who do not plan to accept payments from government-funded programs.
