To reserve a room under the HCAF block, please click here or call toll-free 1-800-204-7234. Our reservations cut-off date is Friday, June 27, 2025, or until our contracted room block is sold out, whichever comes first. At 5:00PM on our cut-off date, any rooms remaining in our block will be released back to the hotel for general sale. At that point, any new bookings will be accepted based on hotel availability.
