Meet the Speaker

Thomas Kirk, JD, CFE, is a practicing Attorney specializing in policy and compliance. He headed up West Virginia's response to the COVID-19 pandemic and led the office of Emergency Management. He has been a professor educating his students in the art of deception detection used often in interviewing and counseling employees. He has always had special interest in assisting organizations in creating and implementing policies and plans that meet the guidance by a regulatory agency.
