Meet the Speakers

Denise Bellville, RN, BS, HCAF's Executive Director, brings 46 years of nursing experience spanning critical care, emergency room, open heart surgical intensive care unit, and neonatal intensive care unit, followed by 33 years as a home care executive. Her clinical expertise includes pediatric and adult ventilator cases, infusion therapy, and in-home PICC line placements. She brings a genuine passion for helping patients thrive at home.

Kyle Simon, HCAF's Senior Director of Policy, Advocacy & Communications, brings extensive experience in health policy, advocacy, and government affairs, having worked with federal and state policymakers and served members of Congress.
