Greg Henderson brings over 20 years of military experience and operational knowledge into working first-hand with his clients as the HRO Manager at Whirks. He is engaged in helping small business owners establish awe-inspiring organizations by enhancing their HR solutions to provide purpose, direction, and motivation through an innovative and personable approach. Greg was recently invited to be a member of the exclusive Forbes Human Resources Council and is a regular editorial contributor for Forbes. Host of a weekly LinkedIn video series called From Boots to Loafers, Greg draws on his past military leadership as a focal point for today’s leaders. Greg has a passion to help small business owners achieve their goals which continue to fuel Whirks' mission for its clients and itself, to get one step better every day. Greg is married to Amanda and they have six children. When he is not in the office, Greg enjoys spending time with his family traveling and going on daily adventures.

Grant W. Kindrick is a Partner at Tampa-based BBDG Law. He brings expertise in the areas of general litigation, insurance defense, commercial litigation, and workers' compensation to the firm. As a litigator, Grant has handled auto negligence, chemical and biological exposure cases, catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims, negligent hiring and retention claims, workers' compensation, insurance coverage and reinsurance disputes, premises liability claims, commercial transaction cases, complex probate litigation, corporate derivative lawsuits, and arbitrations. In 2007, Grant earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the Furman University in Greenville, S.C. He earned his Juris Doctorate from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. in 2010. Since that time, Grant has practiced law in Florida handling high-end clients with large Self-Insured Retention (SIR) workers’ compensation defense matters; state circuit court premises liability matters, automobile/trucking, employer liability matters; and federal court commercial litigation matters. Like all of the attorneys at BBDG Law, Grant is fully comfortable walking into federal district court, state circuit court, or a workers’ compensation tribunal.

As a seasoned sales professional and national trainer for Heartland Home Health and Home & Hospice Advantage, John E. Dalton has developed a clear understanding of each personality type and influencing factors related to learning. This experience has not only led him to understand his audience when presenting material, but it has also provided him with the insight to explain the key factors with each unique generation in the workforce.

Adam Corcoran is Golden Care's Director of Business Development. He is familiar with the senior services industry as his mom was a director of nursing for a home health agency in New Jersey. Adam understands what it takes to deliver quality care since he was influenced at such an early age. His hard work ethic and dedication to serving Southwest Florida's senior population will be a key component of Golden Care's long-term success. Adam graduated from West Virginia University with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on marketing and a minor in advertising. In addition to his senior care industry experience, Adam previously worked in the health insurance field and taught for four years in Collier County public schools. All of his experiences have contributed to his being a well-rounded professional. Adam spends time volunteering for local non-profit organizations such as the Parkinson's Association of Southwest Florida and Alzheimer's Support Network. He serves as president of the Naples Interagency Board of Directors and co-chaired the Leadership Coalition on Aging-Collier County 2020 Senior Empowerment Series. Adam has called Southwest Florida home for the past 10 years and previously resided in New Jersey. He is married with newborn twins, Kenzi Jo and Carter. In his spare time, Adam enjoys graphic design, photography, and spending time at the beach.

Dave Davidson is a Florida Board Certified Specialist in Health Law with nearly 30 years of concentrated experience assisting myriad health care professionals and businesses, including home health agencies. After several years in Orlando practicing with a law firm, Dave became the first in-house counsel at a large hospital/health care system, where he served for 22 years. As General Counsel, Dave was responsible for all legal matters involving the system's hospitals and affiliate companies and developed a deep understanding of a provider’s perspective in negotiating the complexities of health care law. Throughout his career, Dave has been involved in numerous health care transactions. He received both his Bachelor of Arts degree and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida."

Jeff Cohen, Esq., Founder and President of the Florida Healthcare Law Firm in Delray Beach, has over 30 years of health care law experience with expertise in transactional health care and corporate regulatory matters. He is board certified by the Florida Bar as a specialist in health law and leads a firm with a reputation for being an industry leader in the field of laws that affect all types of health care providers and businesses. Prior to founding The Florida Healthcare Law Firm, Mr. Cohen was the in-house counsel for the Florida Medical Association and served for thirteen years as a partner in a respected law firm in South Florida. Named “Best Health Care Attorney” at the 1995 Medical Business Health Care Awards, Mr. Cohen was selected by his peers as a “Leading American Attorney.” He was selected as one of the Florida Legal Elite in 2008 and in 2013. He was also honored as a Key Partner for 2011 by the South Florida Business Journal and he and the Florida firm have been listed in each of the annual editions of Best Lawyers in America, Best Law Firms in America, and Super Lawyers since 2011. Mr. Cohen graduated from Florida State University and Florida State University College of Law.

Susan St. John’s practice focuses on health law, tax law, business planning, and civil trial law. She also assists health care professionals with asset protection and estate planning. She has advised clients in Certificate of Need preparation and has litigated challenges for preliminarily approved or denied Certificates of Need. She serves a wide range of health-related practitioners and entities. Ms. St. John received her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida, her Juris Doctorate from the Florida State University College of Law, and is a graduate of the University of Florida Levin College of Law.

Bobby Lolley, RN, is HCAF’s Executive Director. He has worked in the home care industry for more than 20 years. His home care experience ranges from being a per diem staff nurse providing care to patients in a small rural community, to a regional director for a large national chain. He often says he has done just about every job there is in the home care sector, but still remembers his first home visit: “I was standing there in this little old lady's house and a feeling came over me that I had finally come home — I knew then and there this would be where I would spend the remainder of my professional life.” His faith and passion for home care have never wavered since. Bobby graduated cum laude from the Valdosta State University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

Jimmy Card is the former Government Relations Director for Coral Gables-based HMO Preferred Medical Plan. He previously served as legislative aide to House Majority Whip Gaston Cantens, playing a role in the 2002 election cycle. He graduated from Florida State University with a B.S. in Communications/Public Relations.

Kyle Simon is HCAF's Director of Government Affairs and Communications. His background includes several years of health policy, advocacy, and political experience. He has worked with federal and state policymakers on Medicare, Medicaid, prescription drugs, and regulatory issues, served members of Congress, managed a statewide political organization representing the President of the United States, and held leadership roles in multiple political campaigns. Additionally, he has been an Adjunct Professor at Valencia College since 2012. Kyle holds a Master of Science degree in Applied American Politics and Policy and a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Florida State University.
