Monica Smith is HCAF’s Deputy Director. She started with HCAF in 2009 after five years with the Connecticut Association for Home Care & Hospice, where she served as the Vice President of Education and Membership Services. Prior to working with home care industry groups, she provided programming and optimization consulting services nationwide to hospitals, laboratories, and physician groups. Monica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Systems Management from the University of Connecticut, and she graduated with distinction from Quinnipiac University with an MBA and a concentration in Health Care Administration.
