The Florida Home Care Services Directory & Referral Guide serves as an invaluable resource for HCAF's member community, comprising Florida home care agencies and vendors dedicated to serving the home care industry.

The fourteenth annual edition of the directory will be distributed to all HCAF member organizations and over 300 hospital discharge planning units across Florida this summer. HCAF members will receive one complimentary copy of the directory, with the option to pre-order additional copies.

Home care providers are alphabetically listed by service area, providing contact details, business model, services offered, and accreditation type. Vendors are also alphabetically listed, along with their contact information and products/services. 

Listing Your Organization in the 2025 Directory

If your organization is an active HCAF member, it's essential to ensure your member profile is up-to-date for inclusion in both the print and online directories. Follow these steps to access and update your organization's profile:

1. Click here to log in to your organization's primary member profile on the HCAF Hub.
2. Navigate to the "My Directory Listing" section in the left-side navigation menu.
3. Select your organization from the dropdown menu.
4. Verify and update the information displayed for both print and online directories based on your membership type.
