HCAF is excited to announce the call for article proposals for the Summer 2024 issue of Florida at Home, our official magazine. This biannual publication is a vital resource for home care providers, offering expert insights, industry news, and valuable resources.

Delivered to over 2,600 Florida-licensed home health agencies, vendors, and other care providers, the print issue of Florida at Home reaches a wide audience. Past digital issues are archived on our website, ensuring lasting accessibility for readers.

Publication Guidelines & Recommendations

• Each issue includes 5-10 articles. HCAF prioritizes contributors based on their membership status, prior advertising and/or sponsorship support, and participation as speakers at HCAF events.
• Articles should be 750-1,000 words and should not exceed 1,500 words.
• Contributors are not compensated.
• The author's byline will contain their credentials, title, organization, email address, and website.
• An article should demonstrate the author's expertise regarding home care trends, developments, updates, and best practices while avoiding promotional language.
• Topics of particular interest to providers include quality of care, benchmarking data, clinical best practices, legislative and regulatory updates, technology trends, and recruitment and retention strategies.
• Images related to an article may be submitted. The image must be in the public domain for commercial purposes or owned by the contributor.
• HCAF reserves the right to edit articles as necessary for publication. Please note that while we aim to maintain the integrity of your content, HCAF is not responsible for the article's content or the opinions expressed by its authors.
