HCAF is now accepting article proposals for the next issue of Florida at Home, our official magazine and a leading resource for Florida’s home care community. Published twice a year, Florida at Home delivers expert perspectives, timely policy and regulatory updates, and practical tools to more than 2,800 licensed home health agencies, vendor partners, and in-home care professionals across the state.

Key Dates for the Spring/Summer 2026 Issue

  • Proposals Due: Friday, May 1, 2026
  • Notification of Decision: Friday, May 8, 2026
  • Final Content Due: Friday, May 22, 2026
  • Publication Mailed: June 2026

Submission Guidelines

We welcome article proposals that:

  • Share best practices, innovative strategies, or case studies from the field
  • Provide clear guidance on navigating regulatory or compliance challenges
  • Highlight workforce development, quality improvement, or patient-centered care initiatives
  • Offer thought leadership on the future of home- and community-based care

Priority consideration is given to HCAF members, advertisers/sponsors, and HCAF event speakers. Proposals are accepted year-round, but must meet the deadlines above to be considered for this issue.
