HCAF is seeking volunteers to serve on its Board of Directors. The following region-specific and at-large seats are currently open:

• Region 2 (Bay, Calhoun, Franklin, Gadsden, Gulf, Holmes, Jackson, Jefferson, Leon, Liberty, Madison, Taylor, Wakulla, and Washington counties)
• Region 4 (Baker, Clay, Duval, Flagler, Nassau, St. Johns, and Volusia counties)
• Region 6 (Hardee, Highlands, Hillsborough, Manatee, and Polk counties)
• Region 8 (Charlotte, Collier, DeSoto, Glades, Hendry, Lee, and Sarasota counties)
• Region 10 (Broward County)
• At-Large Medicaid Specialty Provider
• At-Large Associate Member

The two-year term begins in July 2026 and runs through June 2028. Only active HCAF members are eligible to serve.

Board members play a critical role in shaping the future of home care in Florida by:

• Providing strategic input on industry priorities, education, and advocacy
• Representing home care providers in legislative and regulatory discussions
• Supporting member recruitment, retention, and engagement
• Participating in key events, including the HomeCareCon Annual Conference & Trade Show and advocacy initiatives
• Serving as a direct link between HCAF and members in their region or specialty area
