HCAF is now accepting nominations for the 2026 Excellence in Home Care Awards, recognizing the professionals who go above and beyond to deliver exceptional care and advance the home care industry. Since 2013, these awards have honored caregivers, clinicians, and leaders who demonstrate outstanding service, innovation, and commitment to improving the lives of those they serve.

If someone in your organization exemplifies excellence — through leadership, compassion, or a relentless commitment to quality — now is the time to recognize their impact.

Nominations are open for the following honors:

• Terri Santangelo Outstanding Leader Award — Recognizing a clinical or agency leader who inspires excellence and reflects the leadership legacy of Terri Santangelo. Click here to submit a nomination.

Award recipients will be recognized during a special ceremony at HCAF's HomeCareCon 37th Annual Conference & Trade Show, taking place July 21–24, 2026, in Orlando, Florida.
