The Home Care Association of Florida (HCAF) is pleased to announce the results of its Spring 2026 Board of Directors elections. Composed of volunteer leaders representing home health agencies, private care providers, Medicaid specialty providers, and industry partners from across Florida and beyond, the Board helps guide HCAF’s advocacy, education, regulatory, and member engagement efforts in support of high-quality care in the home.

HCAF’s Board includes an Executive Committee — President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer — serving in at-large leadership roles, as well as regional directors aligned with the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) health care regions. The Board also includes dedicated seats representing the Private Care, Medicaid Specialty, and Associate (vendor partners) sectors.

The following individuals were newly elected or re-elected during the Spring 2026 elections to serve two-year terms from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2028:

• Region 2 Director: Norman Pasley, Tallahassee Memorial Home Health Care (Tallahassee)
• Region 4 Director: Cara Tomlinson, Tidal HealthCare Consulting (Tampa)
• Region 6 Director: Eric Misselwitz, BrightStar Care (Tampa)*
• Region 8 Director: Maureen Albertson, Millennium Home Care (Port Charlotte)
• Region 10 Director: Sarah D’Amato, Family First Homecare (West Palm Beach)
• Medicaid Specialty Director: Jessica Carey, BAYADA Home Health Care (Winter Park)*
• Associate Director: Kimberly Skehan, Community Health Accreditation Partner (Arlington, VA)*
