The Home Care Association of Florida (HCAF) congratulates nine member agencies recognized through the 2025 SHPBest™ Home Health Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS®) Awards, which honor home health agencies demonstrating exceptional patient experience performance.

Administered annually by longtime HCAF Associate Member Strategic Healthcare Programs (SHP), the SHPBest™ program evaluates eligible home health agencies using CAHPS survey results and ranks providers based on their overall patient experience scores. Award recipients must also perform at or above the SHP national average across each publicly reported CAHPS domain.

The 2025 awards were based on surveys completed from January through December 2025. Eligible providers were required to have returned surveys in each quarter of the year and at least 40 completed surveys overall.

HCAF congratulates the following member agencies on their recognition:

• Trilogy Home Healthcare (Port Saint Lucie)
• Trilogy Home Healthcare (Wewahitchka)

SHPBest™ award recipients are selected by ranking eligible agencies according to SHP’s proprietary overall CAHPS score. The highest-scoring provider receives the Best-of-the-Best Award, agencies ranking in the top 5% receive the Premier Performer Award, and those ranking in the top 20% receive the Superior Performer Award.
