The 2022 update to HCAF's Home Care Salary & Benefits Report is now available for purchase on our online store. The purpose of this comprehensive annual report is to provide a better understanding of compensation and benefits practices used by Florida home health agencies so that they can stay competitive in the market.

In addition to providing hourly and per-visit pay rates for administrative, support, and clinical staff, this year we also gathered some per diem rates for clinicians and independent contractors (1099s). Additionally, we provide information on recruitment incentives, employee benefits, productivity standards, differential pay, and definitions of job descriptions.

The data is divided into six distinct categories:

1. Statewide Medicare/Medicaid providers;
2. Statewide private pay providers;
3. Exclusively private pay providers;
4. Florida health care regions 1-3 for Medicare/Medicaid and private pay providers;
5. Florida health care regions 4-8 for Medicare/Medicaid and private pay providers; and
6. Florida health care regions 9-11 for Medicare/Medicaid and private pay providers.
