HCAF is pleased to announce this year’s edition of the Florida Home Care Services Directory & Referral Guide, serving as an indispensable asset for HCAF's member community, encompassing Florida home care agencies and vendors committed to the home care sector.

 Now in its fourteenth annual release, this directory is being dispatched to all HCAF member organizations and over 300 hospital discharge planning units across Florida. Each HCAF member will receive a complimentary copy of the directory, with the option to pre-order additional copies. For easy access, the digital version of the directory is also available online here.

Within the directory, home care providers are conveniently listed alphabetically by service area, featuring comprehensive details such as contact information, business models, services provided, and accreditation types. Additionally, vendors are alphabetically organized, accompanied by their contact details and offerings.
