The Home Care Association of Florida (HCAF) encourages providers to join home care leaders from across the country for the National Alliance for Care at Home's Advocacy Week, taking place September 13-15, 2026, in Washington, D.C.

This annual advocacy fly-in offers a unique opportunity to meet directly with members of Congress and their staff to discuss the federal policies shaping the future of care at home. Attendees will advocate for issues critical to providers and the patients they serve, including Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, workforce challenges, regulatory reform, and access to high-quality home-based care.

Why Florida's Voice Matters

Florida's participation is especially important this year. Several members of Florida's congressional delegation serve on the House and Senate committees with primary jurisdiction over Medicare and Medicaid policy, placing them in a unique position to influence legislation affecting home care and hospice providers nationwide.
