The Florida Home Care Services Directory & Referral Guide is an indispensable guide to HCAF's member community, which includes Florida home care agencies and vendor organizations that serve the home care industry. This directory exposes home care providers to referral sources and promotes vendors to Florida home care professionals.

This summer, the thirteenth annual edition will be mailed to all of Florida's more than 2,200 licensed home care agencies and more than 300 hospital discharge planning units. Home care providers are listed by service area alphabetically, including contact information, business model, service(s) provided, accreditation type, and social media handles. Vendors are listed alphabetically with their contact information and products/services.

Please confirm your listing by Tuesday, March 14, 2023, to ensure your organization is included in this year's directory.

How to Get Listed in the 2023 Directory

If your organization is an active HCAF member, please ensure your member profile is updated for the print and online directories. You can follow these steps to view and edit your organization's profile.

1. Log in to your organization's primary member profile on the HCAF Hub
2. On the left-side navigation menu, click "My Directory Listing"
3. Choose your organization from the dropdown menu
4. Verify and update the information that appears in print and online directories based on your membership type
