We strive to offer continuing education credits to attendees, with presentations from volunteer speakers who bring professional expertise. We prioritize sessions that provide real value to our audience, rather than self-promotional or commercial content.

While we accept proposals year-round, we are actively seeking submissions for the following opportunities. Please submit all proposals through the online form, ensuring accessibility for review by our Education Task Force members.

Live Webinars: Virtual, Year-Round

We’re planning a robust schedule of live webinars for 2025, delivered by industry experts who provide updates and best practices for home care providers. Webinars typically run for 50-90 minutes and include time for Q&A. Target audiences vary based on the topic, including Medicare, Medicaid, private pay, pediatric, and palliative care services.

Private Duty Lunch Chats: Monthly via Zoom

Private Duty Lunch Chats are one-hour Zoom sessions featuring guest speakers discussing the hottest topics in the private pay home care sector. We are currently scheduling speakers and topics for February through December 2025, and we’re looking for dynamic presentations that resonate with private pay providers and hopefully spark conversations with participants.

Regional Home Care Connections: Statewide Next May

Do you enjoy traveling and speaking to audiences across Florida? We’re looking for an in-person guest speaker to join us for two weeks in May 2025, traveling to multiple locations to present to our members of all home care provider types including Medicare and Medicaid providers and private pay agencies. Each day includes 1-2 two presentations and valuable networking opportunities.

HomeCareCon Annual Conference & Trade Show: Orlando Next July

Our HomeCareCon Annual Conference & Trade Show offers attendees the chance for home care professionals learn in-person from industry leaders, build connections, and stay informed on key trends and policy changes shaping the field. This exciting event includes a vibrant trade show featuring the latest products and services.

Next year’s conference will take place July 22-25, 2025, with an outer space vibe, with imagery of floating astronauts, glowing planets, and a “reach for the stars” feel. We want attendees to explore new technologies, embrace innovation, and approach challenges with bold, forward-thinking ideas that will shape the future of home care. If you’re submitting a proposal for HomeCareCon, we encourage you to incorporate this theme into your presentation.
