We are thrilled to announce the newest addition to the HCAF team, Jessica Devine, who joins us as the Director of Membership Growth & Retention. Jessica brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our organization, and we are excited to have her lead our efforts in expanding and diversifying our membership base. In her role, Jessica will play a pivotal role in driving HCAF's growth initiatives forward.

Jessica's journey in home care began in 2014, where she worked across various provider types, including Medicare-certified home health, nurse registry, and private duty. Prior to joining HCAF, she served as the Director of Private Care for a Visiting Nurse Association, where she oversaw a multi-region business alongside the organization's home health and hospice services.

With a strong belief in the importance of home care in enhancing patient well-being by promoting independence and preserving dignity, Jessica is committed to advancing the mission of HCAF.
