The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Healthcare Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) is currently under review by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). OSHA plans to publish a notice in the Federal Register to implement this announcement in September 2022, according to OSHA's regulatory agenda.
