Florida Issues ITN for Children's Medical Services Program
On November 14, 2024, the Florida Department of Health (DOH) released an Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) for the Children’s Medical Services (CMS) program under the Statewide Medicaid Managed Care (SMMC) program and Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP). This procurement covers approximately 88,000 children and aims to enhance care delivery for this critical population. The Department plans to make a single statewide award.

- Maximizing the use of in-home services to avoid institutional care
During negotiations, respondents will have the opportunity to propose value-added services, including emerging technologies and telecommunication innovations, to further improve service delivery and patient outcomes.
