Molina Updates CMS Plan Provider Training Schedule Ahead of October 1 Launch

Molina Healthcare of Florida has released an updated provider training schedule for the Children’s Medical Services (CMS) Plan, which launches October 1, 2026. The revised schedule includes new dates, registration links, and sessions tailored to specific provider groups.

Providers who registered for an earlier CMS Plan orientation should remove the previous calendar invitation and register again using the updated schedule. Molina asks providers to register for only one session that best matches their provider type. Providers without a designated training category should select a General CMS Plan and Provider Onboarding session.

Providers whose organizations are not included in a provider-specific category should register for one of the following General CMS Plan and provider Onboarding sessions:

Molina has also scheduled provider-specific training for behavioral health, behavior analysis, hospitals, prescribed pediatric extended care centers, therapy providers, pediatric physicians and specialists, hospice providers, and early intervention services.

Affected providers should review the revised schedule, identify the session that applies to their organization, and register using the updated link. HCAF encourages agencies to complete the appropriate training before the October 1 launch as soon as possible.
