Meet the Speaker

Emily Scarbrough McFadden, VP of Content and Instructional Design, Showd.me

Emily Scarbrough McFadden is a healthcare education professional with over 10 years of experience designing impactful training programs that support caregivers and healthcare organizations. As Vice President of Content and Instructional Design at Showd.me, Emily leads the development of compliance and continuing education courses, helping expand the company’s reach across home care, home health, and long-term care markets. Her work has improved accessibility and engagement by introducing multilingual course offerings and innovative training solutions.

Previously, Emily served as Vice President of Education at MedBridge, where she oversaw the creation of hundreds of clinical education and compliance courses, virtual events, and certification programs. She excels in aligning content strategies with organizational goals, leveraging her expertise in instructional design, program evaluation, and compliance training.

Emily holds a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Washington, is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), and has additional certifications in e-learning design and patient safety.
