Description

The Wound Clinical Group, based on the patient’s primary diagnosis, is the highest reimbursed of the 12 PDGM clinical groups. In this session, we will focus on wound documentation and OASIS items, to ensure that your chart has consistent documentation from referral information and physician verified diagnosis, through to the OASIS responses.

We will review in depth descriptions of the various wound types, stages and coding tips, as well as some tricky wound scenarios you may encounter.

Join us for an informative session to learn all you need to know about the wound questions on the OASIS!

  • Prevent incorrect Clinical Group assignment, and ensure accurate primary diagnosis coding with physician verified etiology.
