As competition for caregivers intensifies across all sectors of health care, it’s more important than ever for agencies to have access to accurate, localized compensation data to remain competitive.

That’s where HCAF can help.

For decades, HCAF has conducted the only compensation and benefits survey focused exclusively on Florida’s licensed home care providers. The results are published each fall in the Florida Home Care Salary & Benefits Report, a critical resource for providers seeking to benchmark their wages and benefits against others across the state.

We’re currently collecting 2025 data for:

• Hourly and per-visit employees
• PRN/per diem staff
• Contracted 1099 clinicians

Your participation ensures that this year’s report accurately reflects pay trends across all regions and sectors of the industry — including Medicare, Medicaid, and Private Pay providers.

The deadline to submit your completed survey is Labor Day, Monday, September 1, 2025.

Top 3 Reasons to Participate

1. Free Report for Participants: Agencies that complete the survey will receive the full statewide report at no cost. HCAF members who do not participate may purchase it for $250; non-members pay $350.
2. More Participation = More Accurate Results: The more agencies that participate, the more reliable and meaningful the final data will be for everyone. Without enough responses, key trends may be underrepresented.
3. Regional Reports Available: If enough data is collected from agencies in a specific region, we’ll also produce a region-specific report in addition to the statewide version — giving you more relevant insight into your local market.

Important Notes for Participants

• Confidentiality is guaranteed — your agency-specific data will not be disclosed
• Report all compensation data as of June 30, 2025, in accordance with federal antitrust guidance
• Two survey formats available — one for Medicare/Medicaid agencies and one for Private Pay agencies
• For multi-agency or multi-region providers, submit separate surveys if pay varies by region; if rates are consistent, indicate how many agencies and regions are represented to support accurate weighted averages
