Today, the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) issued a Florida Medicaid Health Care Alert to notify providers that due to year-end processes at the Department of Financial Services (DFS) and the upcoming July 4 holiday, funds for July 4 payments will be delayed until Monday, July 8.

Please be aware that despite this delay, the "Payment Issue Date" on the remittance advice and all related information will remain unchanged as Wednesday, July 3. AHCA has confirmed that this delay is a one-time occurrence, and regular Thursday payment schedules will resume on July 11.
