AHCA Announces New Medicaid Provider Enrollment System Launching in Early 2026
The Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) has announced that a new Medicaid Provider Enrollment System will go live in early 2026 as part of the agency’s broader modernization effort. The updated platform is designed to streamline provider enrollment, renewal, and account maintenance — making the process faster, more user-friendly, and more secure.
While AHCA will share additional instructions as launch approaches, Medicaid providers should begin preparing now to ensure a smooth transition.
What Providers Need to Do Now
- Complete any pending enrollments in the current Medicaid Provider Enrollment Application Wizard.
- Review and update contact and account information in the Medicaid Secure Web Portal.
- Complete your renewal in the Secure Web Portal if a renewal has been triggered.
- Set up a Secure Web Portal account if you have not already done so. Providers who need their PIN can reference AHCA’s Password Resets and PINs guidance.
- Stay informed by subscribing to Florida Medicaid Health Care Alerts.
What to Expect From the New System
Launching in early 2026, AHCA’s new Provider Enrollment System will offer:
- 24/7 access to provider accounts from any device
- Step-by-step guidance that reduces application errors
- Faster, more secure processing for enrollment and renewals
AHCA will continue releasing updates and tools over the coming months through official Medicaid Health Care Alerts.
