Following Hurricane Debby, FloridaCommerce and the State Emergency Response Team (SERT) have activated the Business Damage Assessment Survey.

Business owners are encouraged to self-report any physical and economic damage caused by Hurricane Debby through this survey. Those with physical business locations should ensure this information is shared with the relevant business owners. The survey responses will assist in expediting recovery efforts by collecting data and assessing the needs of impacted businesses. You can complete the survey online at FloridaDisaster.biz by selecting "Hurricane Debby" from the Event/Incident dropdown menu to report damage related to the storm.
